Day-by-day itinerary
- Day 1: Kayseri – Aladaglar National Park — Welcome by our team at Kayseri airport and transfer to the Taurus Mountains. 4 nights in a mountain refuge or village guesthouse.
- Day 2: Emli valley – Siyirmalik valley — Hike through the Emli valley then Siyirmalik, with views of Parmakkaya. Option: Eznevit plateau (2,540 m) and return to Cukurbag.
- Day 3: Arpalik plateau – Cimbar canyon – Demirkazik — Climb to the Arpalik plateau with views of Demirkazik (3,756 m), then through the Cimbar canyon to Demirkazik village.
- Day 4: Pinarbasi – Maden gorge — Walk to Pinarbasi and the Maden gorge, along old mining tracks, in an area frequented by wild goats.
- Day 5: Aladaglar – Derinkuyu – Cappadocia — Drive to Cappadocia with a visit of the Derinkuyu underground city, then a discovery of Urgup and Goreme. 3 nights at a hotel in Cappadocia.
- Day 6: Meskendir and Red valley – Cavusin – Zelve and Pasabaglari — Hike through Cappadocia's finest valleys, rock-cut churches, Cavusin village, Zelve monastery and the Pasabaglari fairy chimneys.
- Day 7: Akvadi – Uchisar citadel – Zemi valley – El Nazar church — Walk through the white Akvadi valley, visit of Uchisar citadel, then the Zemi valley and the El Nazar rock church.
- Day 8: Cappadocia – Kayseri – departure — Transfer to Kayseri airport where the trip ends.
