Frequently asked questions
Do I need a signal on the trail?
Not once you have prepared it on Wi-Fi: the saved road book, GPS tracks and maps stay readable without signal. Signing in, sending your position and live sharing need a connection.
Do I need an account and a password?
No password. You enter the e-mail address of your booking and a code sent by e-mail, each time you sign in. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
What happens to my position?
Your position stays on your phone. It is sent to the agency only if you turn on sharing yourself during a walk (off by default, can be stopped at any time). No ads, no ad tracking.
Who can use MyAv?
MyAv is offered to travellers who book directly with Aventures Anatoliennes; it is designed above all for our self-guided trips.
I have not booked yet: can I try it?
Your space opens once our team has registered your trip; you then receive an e-mail. Meanwhile, browse our trips or message us on WhatsApp.
MyAv opens in your smartphone's browser and can be added to your home screen.
